‘We Are The Champions’ Book

February 26th, 2020 was a special day for Salaam Baalak Trust – It marked the 30th anniversary of our organization.

Also on this event, a special landmark was highlighted: Salaam Balak Trust, together with Save The Children were able to achieve the exceptional feat of providing identity to 80,000 children of Maharashtra.

The occasion was marked by celebration, song and dance and various other activities. The highlight of the event was the showcase of the book ‘We Are The Champions’ authored by Save the Children’s Devendra Tak and bestselling author Rashmi Bansal.

The book narrates the powerful stories of 15 Child Champions. Save The Children felicitated Salaam Balak Trust Mumbai as their trusted partner for the work done towards Making The Invisibles Visible.
